How do I transfer my care to Dr. Jennifer Bullock Allergy and Asthma?

Where will I be able to obtain my allergy vials?

At Bullock Allergy and Asthma we have a new immunotherapy extract lab in our office where we will mix your extract just as Dr. Bullock currently does. Dr. Bullock will start making vials at the new practice on Sunday, March 1, and your vials will come from the new lab.

What will happen to my vial prescription?

Your vial prescription will not change - it is a unique prescription from Dr. Bullock to you. Dr. Bullock will continue to purchase the same ingredients from the extract companies that she currently does, and she will mix your vial in the same formula, exactly as she currently does.

Do I have to make an appointment before receiving my vials?

No, you do not need an appointment with Dr. Bullock until you are due. She will continue your care as usual and you will not be considered a new patient. We will contact you when it is time to schedule your follow-up appointment.

How do I place my next vial order?

You (or the facility that orders your vials for you) may reorder your vial from the new practice in a few easy ways.

1. Call our main office at (614) 635-9606 to reorder (you may leave a message if you call after hours).
